Contextmenu (#307)

* contextmenu in Kod Options

* remove single quote for menu

* fix reviews changes

* merge commit from alpha

* check if item is already managed by kod

* added episode  and season as dbtype for showing menu

* move context into platform

* refactor get_menu_items()
